Overhand Pull-Ups w/ 32 kg KB superseted w/ 1 arm 1 leg push-ups
3,2,2,1

The Fighter pull-up is getting more comfortable. I can easily bang out 1 or 2 reps with a good amount of weight but after that I begin to leak through my hips. More practice will make permanent.
